What is Naturopathy & Will it Help Me?

Naturopathy is a distinct system of primary health care – a science, a philosophy and a practice of treating and preventing disease, using traditional and scientific methods to restore overall health. We as practitioners, believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself and with a wholistiic focus will support your body with a variety of natural therapeutics. Our focus is to find the underlying cause of your disease or ill-health and use treatments that promote the natural healing mechanisms of your body. In addition to the use of herbal medicine and nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle advice will be provided to restore balance and promote your long-term health.

We are able to offer support for a full spectrum of acute and chronic conditions ranging from acute upper respiratory infections to diabetes. We will take into account family and personal history, as well as lifestyle factors like your quality of sleep, diet, stress levels, hormonal influences, digestive health and many other organ systems that may be impacting your health.
